As a dedicated professional with a strong background in psychology, working with children and families within the context of safeguarding, mental health, and well-being, I have also been a Fitness Professional for over 22 years and so I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice.
I am a TRE® (Tension, Trauma Release Exercise) provider, Certified Complex Trauma Treatment Professional CCTP/II, Somatic Therapy for Complex Trauma, Holistic Life Coach, Polyvagal Informed Mind and Body Practitioner, and Fitness Professional. These diverse skills allow me to address the complex needs of individuals impacted by trauma.
I teach 4 Fitness classes a week which all have a light hearted approach with the emphasis on fun.
