Weekly Classes at Broad Oak Village Hall
I have taught fitness classes now for over 22 years and I specialise in Dance Fitness which evolved because of my work in Musical Theatre.
My class participants are funny, do not take themselves seriously, are a great support to one and other and recognise the rewards in their physical and mental well-being.
Since lockdown, Tinkerbell my dog has been a permanent fixture in my classes. She does indeed dance too depending on the music!

Dance Fever
A fun, fast dance fitness class to popular music. Lots of different dance tracks to get your brain working overtime creating one energetic class.
If you like the challenge of lots of choreography to learn, then this is the class for you.
Tuesday 17.30
Fitness Ballet
A fun dance fitness class for all, with some ballet inspired steps. We then move to the mat working your core and improving flexibility.
Please bring a mat and hand weights.

Disco Nights (A seasonal themed class)
At the moment the theme is Disco Nights that will get you dancing and singing to your favourite 70's/80s Disco tunes. Easy choreography helps you focus on singing along!
We then move to the mat to work the core.
A class for all.

Popular Pilates
Currently 80's music.
Pilates inspired moves with an injection of fun! Upbeat popular music helps the class feel like a party on a Saturday morning. It's a body conditioning class for all.
